TurboTax live service issues - how can I request a refund? (My support person seemed unaware that marriage equality and same-sex marriages were a thing.)

I connected to TurboTax live -- my representative asked me if I was in a "same-sex" relationship and didn't seem to know what to do at that point. I had to let her know that same-sex relationships have been legal in the US for a number of years now. I no longer am interested in any sort of live help. How can I cancel or receive a refund?  Not only am I offended and a bit stunned, but the information that was finally provided wasn't relevant to my question.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
