Turbotax keeps hanging on the federal review step. Cleared the cache and cookies, and even started over, and it still hangs at this point

Mine reviews everything and then says just 3 steps remain.  Freezes soon as you click to start, completely started over as well.

I finally got it to work by skipping this step and moving straight to state.  When it did the final review it caught a few boxes that needed zeros entered on the federal return and then everything processed.  Until I paid and went to file.  Then it said I was ineligible to file (turns out that is because state wasn't yet paid for, even though it never asked).  I had to clear state and redo that, pay for state and everything finally went through.  Seems a bit buggy this year..
