Turbotax import wells fargo docs question

I'm going to guess since my wife and I have a accounts at Wells Fargo with separate logons perhaps we each need to log in to download our separate documents.... Isome of our wells fargo advisors have some accounts in both our names... Who's log in is used for those?

I did find personally 2 of my DIV /INT Documents when I log on to Wells Fargo advisers. I cannot help but wonder if my other documents are under Wells Fargo bank which is not worked for 3 days now. I just get simply getting an error.

Has anyone figured this out? I really don't want to type all this in. I'm afraid I'll make a mistake. And I like to know if this is  a wells fargo issue or a turbo tax issue. I'm not committed to either at this point....rather upset.

If you have a single broker for multiple accounts, when selecting to add another account for the same broker: Clear cookies and then search for your broker via the search bar rather than clicking the broker icon. This should allow the screen to input account information and import the data.
