TurboTax has a bug now for 3+ years with form 8995 being added erroneously!
See the original post: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/business-taxes/discussion/anybody-else-here-who-had-form-8995-erro....
It is listed as solved...but it is not solved! In order to delete the errant form you have to remove legitimate data from the dividend section. So to correct my taxes, I have to to make my taxes incorrect?
From the original thread"..... I would have to not report that Section 199A amount. Otherwise the form will not delete. There is no option in TurboTax to get rid of the form. You can't delete it unless you zero out that box from the 1099-DIV. "
Please send the Manager in charge of fixing software bugs to refresher training. TurboTax should be ashamed!

Wow, that's even worse. They have two different versions of their software floating around. Makes you wonder if any of their programs or trustworthy.
