Hi. I have turbotax "Home and Business" and I would like to receive help from a turbotax expert. What are the steps to set this up? I saw "live" assistance was available for purchase but I already have the software. Is there a difference?

The "Live" expert advice is only for users of online TurboTax.   You are using the desktop (cd/download) software.  You can ask for help from the user forum or from customer support, but not from the "Live" experts.
