I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years. I've been using the Full Live Service for the last 4 years.
The expert assigned to my 2023 taxes identified a error in my 2022 taxes that prevented my 2023 taxes from being filed on time. An amendment for 2022 and an extension for 2023 needed to be filed.
I am very disappointed and things are only getting worse because I have gotten no where trying to address this issue with TurboTax. The first call I made about this 10 days ago went no where. The person said they would call me back but never did. I called again yesterday. The person submitted a poorly written incorrect explanation to a refund website and I received a generic irrelevant denial via email. I submitted several responses but received more generic unhelpful statements denying my request.
My 2023 taxes have been filed. I want an explanation and a refund for the faulty service I paid for in 2022. The expert filed the taxes with errors and TurboTax did not provide me the guaranteed services I paid for.
