TurboTax Deluxe won't accept my credit card for State filing

I am in the steps of filing my 2019 taxes, and when I actual start the filing process I have to pay $24.99 for my state filing.  Since I'm not getting a Federal return (but am getting a State refund), it will not allow me to deduct the fee as it states I'm not getting a refund.  If I select credit card and go through the screen prompts when I get to the screen where I enter my credit card information, I've tried two credit cards and I can't get the blue Submit button to activate.  It just stays greyed out/not selectable.  I called into Support and ended up hanging up as the agent was clueless and a complete waste of my time.  Anyone got anything before I choose to mail it in?

Nevermind....after several more attempts it took it and I'm filed now.

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.
