TurboTax Deluxe and Premier

I bought two different products, deluxe for myself and premier for my mother.  We are using the same computer for both.  I filed my taxes and uninstalled deluxe.  I installed premier, but it is asking me to purchase the state of Arkansas.  I purchased the premier already that should give me this state to work with and then I guess charge me for the filing of the state of Arkansas.  I need help on how to get this software to work???

You only needed to buy 1 version.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.   And one program can do unlimited returns.  Did you buy another program to get a different free state?  I don't think that will work.  

Unless someone knows how to completely uninstall Deluxe and the state.  Contact Customer Service
