TurboTax Deluxe 2021 CD/Download

Turbotax and Intuit - you have lost my business.  It should not be so difficult to jump through hoops to use this software on my computer or in my online account.  In this technology forward universe, I should be able to input the license code into my online Turbotax account and continue on with my filing.  It is ridiculous to have to do the download or get that stupid error message that someone else already used it in their account, blah blah blah.  I'm not paying you twice for something I should be able to use 5 times, and have only used once so far in my household.  Ridiculous.  My returns are so simple, it's not rocket science.  Fed up with your crap.
