I entered my street name (Summit Rd) correctly in the personal info section and all went fine for my Federal return and another state return. When starting the Connecticut return, suddenly the software changes the Streetname to "SMT RD" and I cannot overwrite this. When checking the final forms that will be filed, I see the Connecticut return still mentions SMT Rd - and I worry this will be rejected.
I believe this is a software issue as nowhere in the portal did I mention SMT RD. Can this be fixed?

I called Customer Service, but the people at the Service Center are not able to deal with these kind of Software Bugs. We tried everything by just using the system and the problem still remains.
In my opinion this is a software issue, where the code automatically abbreviates "Summit" to "SMT", like when "Road" is abbreviated to "Rd". My problem is that I live on Summit Road, hence Summit should never be abbreviated. The customer service center has no people that can help fix these software bugs, so I need this to be corrected in the software code particularly for the Connecticut return (as it was no issue for the Federal or NY State return).
