TurboTax Business 2023 transmissions are not available.

I saw that there was an update the following issue about a week ago, but I still cannot file.

TurboTax Business is updated. I get the following error when I try to electronically file my taxes.

TurboTax Business 2023

Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available..

TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return.

I see that the basic LLC Form 8453-PE is listed as Efile: unsupported. This is the form that TurboTax Business 2023 had me print out, sign, convert to PDF, then upload it into the program. Why have me do all of this when the form is unsupported?

It would be better to tell me at that time that the Efiling is not an option, but still have me print out the form to sign right away.

Does Efile: unsupported mean that it will never be available this year to upload?  So that I must physically mail the taxes to Federal first, and then the state?

As of moments ago efile transmission does not work:  Here is the error message verbatim:

"Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available..  TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return."

This return is a Form 1041.

The same Turbo Tax Business 2023 did efile transmit a Form 1065, 2 days ago on 2/16/24.

So, what is the real status, please?

Not every one is an ERO.  Many TurboTax users are individuals, not official EROs !

I'm sorry that I misread your comment about EROs.  My mistake.

So now, what is TurboTax doing about the fact that we can not efile a Form 1041 using TT Business 2023?

I have the same issue - unable to efile business 2023 - Federal 1120S and Georgia 600S. not a cache or temp file issue. reinstalled on a fresh pc just to attempt efile.

Just found the updated status for Georgia efile. wont be ready until 2/23/24. so will wait and try again next week.

Hi, how did you find the status?  I was on the phone with TT Support on 2/18 for 55 minutes and they could not define the problem nor the solution.

There is still a problem:

Form 1041 shows as available.  Form 2 for WI state shows as available.

But I can not efile.  Here's the message I get when attempting:  "TurboTax 2023 transmissions are not available.  TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return."
