Turbotax 2025

Why can't I enter 1099R retirement for military and civil service? I submitted my email for updates and it replied back an hour later that my form for" MOVING EXPENSES" was available. I have NO moving expenses. Only problem is I can NOT enter my 1099R into Turbotax Deluxe.
