It's too frustrating for words. Turbotax knows the activation window just spins, and there's not way to fix it. They just tell people to clear cache, and other lame activities. I've done all that. I never have the opportunity to enter my code. I installed and uninstalled again and again. I ran as administrator. I turned off anti-virus programs, etc. My 2022 version works fine, but the 2023 version will not get past the "blue dot" screen. I've spend 8 hours on this. There's no way to get a refund from Amazon.com. Now what? Here's where Turbotax representative tells us to clear our cache. )*(# you TT!!
