I received an email yesterday showing this:

When I login to Intuit my account shows that the Windows 2023 Turbotax is available, and that I have paid (via credit card) for the Windows 2023 TurboTax. But, there is NOT a download option. So where is my paid-for 2023 TurboTax that I can download?

I don't know if this will work this time....but one year I logged in with one browser and there was no download button, but I exited and logged in with a different browser...and the download button was there.
Edge & Chrome...but don't remember which worked.

OR...if you have more than one TTX Login...go try your Other login UserID/Pwd...then try to write down, or remember next time which one you are using for that particular "Advantage" account.
