Turbotax 2020 Premier Desktop - Schedule 1 Missing

Turbotax Premier 2020 desktop version is submitting the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet to the IRS instead of Schedule 1.

Schedule I does not appear in the Forms in My Return List; however, I can locate it I choose Open Form and enter Schedule 1, but I cannot get it to appear in the filing form list to be submitted with my Federal return.
