Turbo Tax SERIOUSLY needs to give us a DIRECT YES OR NO answer about this stimulus payment. Either us Turbo Tax Card holders will receive the stimulus payment DD or not.

Please check the IRS tool and update your DD info. I had my refund sent to a turbo tax card and when I checked the tool it started that I didn't have any DD info in the system so I had to update the info.

I filed my taxes in early February and received my refund through the Turbo Tax debit card with rapid refund advance. I just checked the IRS "get my payment" this morning (04/15/2020) link to get the status of my payment and it told me that I needed to input my banking information or I would have a paper check mailed to me. It did not have or recognise that I used direct deposit to the Turbo Debit card. I updated it with my personal banking info and now it says that my payment date will be updated as soon as they have the date for my stimulus payment. You guys are not giving us the correct information. It does not look like the IRS will be making those deposits to the Turbo Debit Cards. There are going to be some really disappointed and pissed off people pretty soon. I would put the word out that everyone needs to update their info on the IRS website or they will have a paper check mailed and who knows when that will be. Just FYI.

Don’t you think I would have done that if it gave me the option. Hmmm well it doesn’t now I have to wait for a letter in order to tell me what I need to. At this point I don’t won’t the money. I have received my tax return as well. As far as I’m concerned I will never file a tax return with US government again.

I filed my 2019 tax with Turbo tax, direct deposit and received an advance. The IRS opened up the, "Where's my payment" tool this morning. I entered my 2019 tax information and it said, not enough info and gave me an option to enter my banking info. I entered my actual banking info for BOA account (not TT, even though I did receive my tax dd there and i do receive my work dd with turbo visa..I decided to utilize an actual bank). The site said it will update me with my deposit date when available. 

My advice is to go to the irs.gov page and check, where's my payment and update accout dd info.

I’m NEVER using TT again...no one is giving a direct answer about why people have not received their stimulus checks on their TT prepaid cards but everyone else has...

One reply states that lower income individuals will receive the stimulus first. So far, this is not true. I know 2 people who received their stimulus refund in their checking accounts today, and neither are low income. I'm actually low income, with a household significantly less than theirs, and the stimulus hasn't been deposited on my Turbo Tax debit card, nor my checking account. Apparently, low income households were not the first to receive it. I just wanted to make that clear.

The IRS says they direct deposited my stimulus payment into a account Number I don’t have. I got my taxes on my turbo card this year though but it’s not on there where did it go?

Mine says the exact same thing too on Get My Payment.

Instead of my bank account number from my turbo card banking info, it has the last 4 digits of my social security number.

The IRS is not accepting phone calls at this time and I have no idea where my money is.

We are all introuble if we used the advance option.  I will never use Turbo Tax again. Ever. 

I dont know where my money is or went. I won't see it for weeks now probably.
