Turbo tax says we did not pay taxes in 2023 when we did. How do we correct this in the system?

Please clarify your question by adding some additional information so we may better help you. Such as: What do you mean by TurboTax is saying that you did not pay taxes in 2023? Does your 2023 TurboTax return show no taxes due? What are you trying to correct and in what system? Are you preparing a 2024 tax return and something is not carrying forward?

Did you get an underpayment penalty on 1040 line 38?   It's not for filing or paying late.  It doesn't have to do with last year's tax return or not paying estimates for this year.
