turbo tax messed up my tax return

I submitted my taxes for about the 15th year with turbo tax. I have never had any issues until these last two filing years. My W-2's automatically gets transferred over from the IRS and this past two years it has been changed and my income tax was held. It got released the first year after realizing that it was wrong. Then this year it happened again. I trust turbotax and have been doing this the same way so I'm not sure what was going on. I have now been waiting over 200 days for my tax return to be released to me. This needs to be fixed. Now I am put into a financial bind because of this. I will be saying that I will no longer be using TurboTax.

I don't understand your problem.  And W2s don't come from the IRS (unless you work for them).  They come from your employer.  What exactly has been changed?  Did the W2s import wrong?  You need to check them after you import to see if they imported right.  Or it's just as easy and safer to manually enter your W2s.

Unless you are employed by the IRS, your W-2 is not coming directly to the tax software from the IRS.    If you "imported" your W-2, you imported it from your employer's payroll site, not from the IRS.    W-2's are issued by employers.   You can enter a W-2 by hand, or you can import it with certain key information, or if you use the mobile app, you can snap a photo of the W-2.   No matter what method you use to enter your W-2, you need to check it very carefully to make sure it was entered correctly before you file your tax return.  Sometimes data imports incorrectly or incompletely, or images glitch when you snap a photo.  It is imperative for a user to double check all data before filing.
