Turbo Tax Install

I installed Turbo Tax 2020 on my laptop via the CD. I was not logged into my account at the time.

I am now trying to install the product on my 2nd laptop. I get an error message that the product is associated with a different account. When I log into my account, I still can't install it on the 2nd laptop. I get the same error message.

Does anyone know how to associate the CD with my account?
