Go back though her info under My Info. You must have missed the question for that you need to say yes.
You answered something incorrectly. Click her name in MY INFO. Go back through the screens for her information and make sure you said that her SSN does not say it is not valid for employment.
@mearley9892 , while my colleagues ( @VolvoGirl and @xmasbaby0 ) have provided you suggestions on how to correct if your child is actually NOT one with " Not Valid for Employment" SSN, I would first ask if your child actually does have one of these limited SSNs. If so ( i.e. the 8 year old has SSN that says "Not Valid for Employment" ) then there are limitations on child credit etc. Please this -- Tax benefits eligibility chart for families and individuals at a glance | Internal Revenue Service.

@mearley9892 Champ @pk makes an excellent point. If your child's Social Security card actually does say that it is not valid for employment, then you are not eligible for the child-related credit. What does it say on the SS card?
