Tax season is from January thru April of each tax year. During tax season TurboTax support is available 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
There is no reason to have agents available 24/7 when the vast majority of taxpayers have filed their tax returns prior to April 15.
TurboTax support After tax season is available from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.
If your complaint is that support being available for 60 hours each week is not sufficient, then contact support during business hours to voice your complaint.
If you have a question post it in this forum ... we may be able to help you before Monday.

FYI: This is not "your" company. Nobody here is a TurboTax employee. This is a user-to-user help forum of other TurboTax users. To talk directly with a TurboTax employee, use the link above to set up a phone call with customer support.
(What software company that sells do-it-youself software provides 24X7 support - that costs money and the price of the product would have to be high enough to support that - not practicable or realistic.)
And what does "Don't allow people to use your service 24/7..." even mean. The ONLY "service" you can presently use, is the software program installed on your own computer (that you can use anytime you want just like any other application), but that is hardly a "service". If you mean "online" service then that ended for 2018 on Oct 15 2019 and is presently getting ready for the 2019 tax year which will start sometime in December.
Will not transmit completed and paid returns. Keeps asking to check for updates. Message says ....all updates installed . rebooted computer.... same results.
Have used TurboTax / Intuit software over 8 + years. This never happen. Once paid tax preparer. Purchased Home and Business from OfficeMax.
