You may wish to review the actual numbers appearing on the Schedule K-1 Worksheet in Forms Mode.
This form has an embedded navigation bar on the right side to move between partners. Percentages appear at the top right column of each partner. You can manually change the numbers to bring the total to exactly 100.00000.
I'm having the same problem. My two ownership percentages are 98% and 2%. I did go to the Forms section, in the Schedule K-1 Worksheet. I see both owners, and I see the correct amounts. When I scroll to the bottom, I see 100.00000 for the Total ownership of capital percentage. It looks like everything is fine. But I keep getting the error message that my ownership percents are less than 100%. I can't file without fixing this. Any idea what's going on?
