Turbo Tax 2024 desktop for Mac option to select tax files to print is not working

Hi,

In Turbo tax 2024 desktop for Mac, on print menu, after selecting tax return on the left side, selecting

Tax return only

Recommended forms and worksheets

All forms and worksheets

does not work.

A popup indicating it will take 2-3 mins opens and closes.

But no pdf file or print menu to name the pdf doe not open.

On calling tech support, they suggested save to pdf and then print. However selection of print document (return, recommended, all) is not available. You to figure out is needed for return, recommended or all.

I understand for online, you can print only after payment, but desktop version is already paid for.

What kind of untested products is intuit releasing?

There has been progress made on resolving this issue.  However, the expected release date is not for another 2 weeks.
