Please verify that Windows can read your TurboTax CD by following the steps below:

Re-insert the TurboTax CD into your CD/DVD drive.
Select the Start menu and select Computer.
Select your CD/DVD drive (usually D).

If an error occurs, Windows can't read the TurboTax CD. Your TurboTax CD may be defective or damaged. You can request a replacement here.

I bought the Turbo tax Premier for 2020 and I put the disc in and it won't open. I don't understand about settings it asks in the beginning. I have used Turbo Tax for years and never a problem
