TTax does not allow multiple accounts to be combined into one account (or to split a single account into multiple accounts).

TTax does not permit an account to be closed.  Your only option is to make sure you pick one account and use it all of the time.  You cannot delete any return per se, however you can manually delete all of the information in a return, and simply abandon that login ID .

You will have to manually add the information from one account to the account you have chosen to retain.  Generally it is better to pick the more complicated account and manually add the information from the other account.

Perhaps you have an additional account that you forgot about.

I enter my name and password and it says "let's make sure it's you, I enter the security code sent to my email and it still wants more info. I no longer have the phone number it wants to send a code to ending with 9455.
