TT just released form 8815. I am getting an error "Form 8815: Paper series EE U.S. savings bonds is too large"

Turbotax finally release for 8815 on Friday.  After entering my numbers on the form I get the error message "Form 8815: Paper series EE U.S. savings bonds is too large.  The interest on line 6 should not be greater than the total U.S. Savings bonds interest entered on Schedule B.  Review series EE and I savings bond interest entered on schedule B and/or the face value of the series EE and I savings bonds entered on form 8815 and adjust your entries as necessary. "

I've seen similiar posts on Turbotax forums on this subject in different years.  None of those posts related to a fix made sense to me.   Please explain what might be causing this error.  I have entered all the numbers correctly as far as I can tell.    I would appreciate it if I could call customer support as well but that phone number seems to be elusive.   If you could post that here, it would be greatly appreciated.
