TT is saying I didn't file with them for 2021

When it came to the part to enter in 2021 AGI, turbo tax is saying that either I didn't use the product for 2021, or they don't know the full status.

However when I look at the pdf, it does show the Turbotax summary page and the email saying my 2021 return was accepted by the IRS.

So while I was able to find the AGI, I'm curious on why TT would not know the status of this return, but knows the status and refund amount of previous years.
