TT 2024 How do I download 1099 from financial institutions?

The desktop version has not offered to download information from financial institutions and US government,like it has always done up till now. What's changed?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
