Signed up for Expert Service to have TT do our taxes.
Spoke with Kim over the phone last night.
Then she sent me a chat.
I want to send a chat message to her now regarding our taxes.
However, I can’t find the path that should allow me to do that.
I keep getting a screen asking to set up a Phone Call.
Thanks for any help or advice!

Tapping on each of those tabs does not provide a ‘Checklist’.

To send your Tax Expert a message, select the tab with your expert's name (next to Checklist) and send a message.

I found no way to initiate a chat back to my Expert.
I sent a new appointment request and connected with a new Expert.
Both Expert were very helpful.
However, I saw no way to initiate a chat to the second expert either.
We have set up another appointment to reconnect.
