I am trying to e-file via the downloaded Turbo Tax program (through a popup page) and am getting the following error every time I try to pay the fee: "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again."
Before anyone asks...
-I'm using the correct home address (that matches what the banks have)
-I tried other credit cards + debit card
-I tried logging in with account, as guest

After wasting an hour on the phone, the solution I was given was "Return your turbotax to Costco and re-enter all data online and pay again".
