Trying to complete my 2017 taxes but unable to get into my account. Telling me to download Google Chrome which I have done?

Not using incorrect password. Continues to ask me to download either Google Chrome or Firefox which I have done. Cannot get past this. Your answer was not sufficient, sorry!

You must be using the wrong password is the obvious reason but there could be others. Good Luck
