I have a similar issue with the investor center. The problem appears to be that TurboTax's use of tracking scripts breaks their sites. As a workaround, you can try disabling ad-blocker or try a different browser.
Also try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
