My Louisiana state taxes STILL say incomplete while my Fed and NM state taxes were done same day. I've written once before. I am worried about them. What is problem?

The fist time I wrote was weeks ago and you wrote back saying you had received the Louisiana forms that day; yet they are still INCOMPLETE.

Try this, and if doesn't work let me know:

Your state tax forms may not be finalized yet. Look for your state and see when the forms will be finalized: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3319879. If the state form is showing them available, then you can log back into your return and submit the state return. If for some reason you are not able to log back into your return follow the steps below:

1. Type in https://myturbotax.intuit.com into your web browser

2. Click on the My Turbo Tax which is in the white banner at the top of the page

3. Under your 2016 statuses, you will see under something’s you can do ‘add a state’, click on that

4. Click on the ‘file tab’ follow the prompts.
