Try running this recovery tool https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ on any email addresses you may have used and make sure to close all TurboTax windows (including this one), then copy and paste the link.
You'll then be sent an email with all the user IDs associated with that account and you'll be able to reset the passwords.
If none of the user ID's received will access your prior year accounts, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the Federal Free Edition last year, you may need to pay for PLUS in order to access your prior returns.
