this has nothing to w anti/virus. This is all about Schwab having a "composite" 1099 that is not readable into TT.
Have you called Schwab? I received that message last weekend also, but I called and the agent helped me connect. Then TT downloaded the consolidated 1099 as usual.
Just spoke with TT support. I finally got TT to upload it at the Wages & Income>Investment Income> "Add" (Schwab). I had been unable to get there previously, as it was not giving me the sub-window.
