I am signing on to Intuit website and it keeps taking me back to sign in page.
I confirmed my number given via text message and even then. I received an email saying if I am trying to access Intuit, but not option to log in from there either.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You may be signing on with an incorrect User ID.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
Yesterday I selected forgot password. I would assume that I can't change password if I have incorrect user ID, correct? I updated password yet still not able to access the website.
Actually, correction... did not request a new password, but received email saying I was trying to access my account on a different computer.
How can I confirm I have the correct user ID?
I tried the recovery site and also the "try something else" in blue. Still keep getting routed back to sign in page.
