Transferring Etrade 1099-B information into Turbo-Tax

When I securely transfer my 1099-B from Etrade to turbotax, only the first sale of each security is uploaded. For example I have 5 AMD stock record under short-term, it only transferred one. This year I have many stock transactions, but only 1/3 of them got in. 

2nd, Some of these stocks were from ESPP or RSU,  for these items transferred from etrade, even after I manually add information to reflect the ESPP/RSU status, the cost basis doesn't update. 

3rd, I have option trades this year, some of the proceeds are negative number, e.g.  "buy to close" or "roll over", but it doesn't allow me to input a negative number there.
