Transfer of schedule E Rental Properties into a Multi Member LLC

<P>My wife and I have rental properties in Colorado and have been doing schedule E. We now created Multi Member LLC's for each one. How do I transfer the schedule E information into the new LLC's?</P>

Why does Turbo Tax generate Schedule E on California return for non resident when the property is located Texas? Per my Tax professional the Schedule E is not required for non resident. How do I remove Schedule E form on California tax return?
