If I download my return from 2017 it's in form 1040ez, I need form 1040. How can I get it? Thanks!

The 2017 Form 1040EZ is what was filed with the IRS for tax year 2017.

Based on the tax data you entered the the 1040EZ is all that was required to send to the IRS.  Form 1040A or Form 1040 were not needed.

To be honest i'm not very knowledgeable in this space, but it could be that the downloaded forms from TurboTax don't have complete schedules?

The PDF of the prior year tax returns include all forms, schedules and worksheets for both the federal and state tax return (if a state return was used) -

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you filed a 1040EZ there are NO more forms or schedules ... that is the entire return.  If this is for a mortgage then ask for this fool's boss since they are clueless.
