Are you sure your fixed the reject and resubmitted?

When you go into your return in TurboTax, what does the status say?

it said that it is ready to mail, what does it mean

Ready to Mail means you have to print it out and mail it yourself.  It has not been efiled.   And it will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return.

hello guys, i got rejected again. I don't know what to do anymore, should I make new email account and create new turbo tax account and refile?

NO, you should not do that.   You said "last January 18", but not the year.  So I assume this is a 2024 return that you tried to originally efile for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and it was rejected.   Then you supposedly fixed something (you didn't say what) and resubmitted the efile, which was also rejected.  You should provide the most current rejection error code or rejection message here in this thread, and hopefully someone in this forum can help you fix it.  Then you can resubmit the efile again.

Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. And it will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return.

can I mail if through online and use pdf file?

You can use the Online version and select to print it off and mail it.   I posted a link above.
