We cannot see your screen. Whichever name is listed first on the Form 1040 is the name the software will "greet". The software cannot tell who is sitting at the keyboard. Did you start a joint return and list your spouse first last year? Or are you in the wrong account? Did you file separate returns? If you used the same account and user ID the last return prepared overwrote the first one.

@barrettck1 Glad it made sense to you. My spouse is listed first on our joint return too, so it always greets and addresses him. He would not know how to do this if we gave him a million dollars.....
