Where do I enter the amount of the third stimulus in turbo tax deluxe.

After you have completed your federal tax return, the stimulus question will be asked in Federal Review.

I finally completed our(wife and I) federal taxes and at the review area there was still no place to report the third stimulus amount we received. I am using turbo tax deluxe. At the review section it says every look ok. Is it possible that no reporting is necessary on third stimulus money received because it is non taxable? Any help would be appreciated.

If you did not get prompted to enter your stimulus information, that means you either:

1. Filed as a dependent being claimed on another tax return, or 
2. have an AGI too high to claim the recovery rebate

To get to the stimulus questions in TurboTax at any time, you can search for stimulus and use the Jump to link.  If you are trying to trigger it, you can go to Other Situations, answer any questions and click Done. The next automatic selection is Federal Review and it will ask about payments received.

If your AGI is too high you don't have to enter what you got or letter 6475 and you don't have to pay it back.

Thank you for your information. I was not able to trigger a response in turbo tax by any of the approaches you suggested but I assume what maybe causing this is our 2021 AGI is too high. I therefore assume that no reporting is necessary. The big difference between our 2020 and 2021 AGI's was because our MDR's were not required in 2020.
