There is no place to enter substitute w2

Please follow the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below to create a substitute W2 using Form 4852:

This screen has never appeared

Are you using TurboTax online or the Download/CD Desktop version?

Online and mobile

Make sure you didn't include the employer EIN on the W2 and after you enter the W-2 information, the question should appear.

It worked after I cleared all employer information, thanks for the help!
