I usually pay for turbo tax with my refund but for some reason its saying its not an option yet? So is going to be on a certain date or is it not an option anymore?

The Refund Processing Service option with a $39.99 service charge will be available after all the forms and schedules included in your tax return have been finalized.  Click on Review and you will see the list of forms and schedules with the dates they will be available.
