I submitted my payment via Turbo Tax & show it went through on my bank. Why does Turbo Tax still show I owe the amount due?

The program has no way of knowing that your payment was deducted from your bank, there is also no way for the program to update for payments made.  It will show the amount due which is how it is suppose to be.  As long as your payment went through you are ok.
