I have purchased 2025 Turbo Tax Delux from Sam's club and installed in Win 2011. It took me a while to validate my identiy since I had new phone number. Once I have resolved and verified my identiy, I am not able to activate my product with legetimate lice code. I had similar issue last year. I may not buy Turbo tax in the coming year due to these issue. Please help this year since I paid full pricce

Error code 607 or 606? Error code 606 means you are entering an invalid license code. Did you purchase Desktop Software or Online Software? There is a difference between a License Code (for Desktop) and an Activation Code (for Online). You are trying to enter a Code for TurboTax Online in a Desktop software (or vice-versa). 

Look on your box from Sam's and it will distinguish between TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop. They are not the same software, and codes from one cannot be used in the other. 

 If your box is for TurboTax Online, you can activate your code to your account on this link. 

 If your box is for TurboTax Desktop, you can download/install your software from this link.
