The Form 1040EZ has one page and W2s need to be attached...

I have forms 1040EZ-do I mail all 4 pages for federal return ? And IT-2&IT-201. Do I mail both those to state? And do I include parts of my W-2?

The Form 1040EZ has one page and W2s need to be attached when mailed. The Form 1040A has two pages. The rest of the pages for the federal would be worksheets for your file.

File the IT-2 and the IT-201 to New York state with a copy of the W2s. Be sure to keep a copy of everything for your files or save a file to your computer.

Be sure to sign each return before mailing.
