Actually you are your own tax preparer when you use TurboTax. What are you trying to do? Track an income tax refund -- or a stimulus check?
Are you looking for your Refund? Did you efile or mail your return? They just started processing mailed returns that have been stacking up..
If you efiled....Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
When will you get your refund,

If the TurboTax status says accepted then there is no point in calling support because once the IRS has the return, TurboTax is out of the picture and cannot tell you anything other then tell you the following:
**********************************************************************************************
**NOTE*** Due to the Corona virus the IRS is operating short staffed. All field offices are closed and some processing centers are all but closed. Any tax return that requires hand processing will probably have long delays. Mailed returns are not being processed at all at this time. Most phone service has been curtailed.

**********************************************************************************************
TurboTax only gives the general IRS (most returns are processed within 21 days) date. The actual date is known only by the IRS. TurboTax also does not adjust the general date for anything on the tax return. TurboTax receives no feedback from the IRS after filing.
The IRS says most refunds will be issued within 21 days - some faster, some longer.
Each tax return is evaluated on it's own merits. There is no first-in-first-out. Two similar tax return submitted at the same time can have totally different processing times based on IRS criteria for examining tax returns that the IRS does not divulge.
Some returns will be held for ID verification or other verification. The IRS will send a letter if they require more information to process your tax return.

Check your refund stratus here:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If it says "Tax Topic 152" then that is only general refund information.
https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc152
Check your state refund here:

Thank you that is much more through explanation than what they had on the window.
I will continue to wait.
