I am trying to install my 2008 TT Disk but I get an error and it will not install. Any suggestions?

I am trying to install my 2008 TT Disk but I get an error and it will not install. Any suggestions?

That tax year is no longer supported even if you could get the beta version on that disk to download it could not be updated or operational.
