How do I go about paying quarterly estimated taxes in 2018 if I've already submitted my 2017 return?

The first estimated tax payment is not due until 4/17/2017, but you can pay the estimated taxes directly on the IRS website. See link below.

The 2018 vouchers are not ready yet as the IRS is still updating the forms to reflect 2018 tax table changes.
